Using Synthic
These terms govern this website and Workspace provided under the name Synthic. Effective September 30, 2026. Contact support@usesynthic.com with questions. You must be at least 18. Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and, when acting for a business, have authority to do so.
Service availability
Features and limits may change, and access may be interrupted. Live AI collection depends on enabled connections and available workspace allowance. Paid subscriptions are managed through Workspace → Plan & usage. Live collection availability is separate from subscription access. Viewing pricing does not create a subscription. Every purchase must disclose its price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and other applicable conditions before you confirm.
Accounts and teams
Keep your sign-in account secure and provide accurate information. Only access workspaces you are authorized to use. Workspace owners are responsible for managing team permissions. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits, or paused functionality. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Synthic permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including to authorized workspace members and relevant service providers. Submit only content you have the right to use and process. Before connecting a client repository or requesting changes, obtain the required authorization and review the proposed changes before publishing. Avoid sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your research.
Acceptable use
Do not use Synthic unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, probe another user’s private data, disrupt the service, or evade spending controls. Do not represent fabricated or imported evidence as verified live collection. Respect the terms of third-party services you use with Synthic.
Research limitations
Model answers, analyses, scores, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. Repeated samples show observed variation, not a guarantee of visibility, ranking, traffic, or revenue. A model assessment is not independent fact verification, and a citation does not establish that the linked page supports the answer. Review source evidence and verify claims before publishing or acting on them. Marketing examples are illustrative and are separate from your private research.
Service and third-party rights
Synthic’s software, branding, and website materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual property rights. Your access permits ordinary use of the service, not ownership of the software. Third-party names and logos identify their services and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Ending access and requesting deletion
You may stop using Synthic at any time. Contact support@usesynthic.com to request account or data deletion. Signing out does not erase stored data. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Data requests and any necessary retention are described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. California law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.
Changes and contact
